Milestones

Mac & T both have had some major milestones in their lives this past week. Titus has gone number 2 in the toilet a few times in a row now. YEAH!!! And Baby Mac rolled over by himself for the first time also. YEAH!!! So my boys are getting bigger; it is very exciting. It's also about time to have another baby then I guess. Not really (don't get too excited there grandmas)!
So the other day when Mac rolled over it was cool. He had rolled half of the way (he was on his side) and he was trying to roll all the way over. I was standing behind him cheering him on, "Come on Mac you can do it, roll over!" He was trying to see me so he pushed with his little foot and rolled the rest of the way over. It was so exciting for some reason. I was cheering, " YEAH Mac! Way to go!" I was so proud of him!
As of Titus and pooping in the toilet, he thinks it's pretty cool. He gets icecream when he does it. So of course now he is straining to get some poop out everytime he goes to the bathroom. He's actually in there right now trying to get something out, even though he's already pooped 2 1/2 times today!

My Jeremy

That's right he's mine, I know with this picture of jeremy with a nice mustache is tempting for a lot of women, but he's taken. HA HA! Actually i can't stand this picture of Jeremy, the picture is ok, but when he has a molestache in person he's always trying to kiss on me, and i won't kiss him. It just grosses me out, and he knows it too. When he took this picture of himself he put it as my screensaver on our computer. AAGGGHHH!! My Jeremy is always making me laugh though. That is totally what attracted me to him, and also the reason that I married him. I know for a fact that when we are like 80 years old he'll still be hiding in a dark room behind the door and will jump out at me so i will scream my head off and he can laugh at me! He doesn't just chuckle at me when he scares me, he is rolling on the floor laughing at me so hard. I'm glad he thinks it's funny.
I remember one of the hardest times Jeremy and I laughed together was in college. We had been in the library on campus "studying" and Jeremy and i ran into someone we knew (a freshman guy who was really nice). Anyways the guy left his backpack on a table while looking for books, so Jeremy found a book and placed it in his bag.Meanwhile Jeremy and I went outside and sat on the bench to watch him come out. Well there is a sensor on the books and before going out the door of the library there is a little arm bar that you have to push out (it's about hip level). Well the book jeremy put in his bag (that he didn't know was in there) did not get desensored! So here goes the guy getting ready to walk out the door. So the little alarm went off and at the same time the arm bar locked and he ran right into it and totally racked himself!! We expected the alarm, but not for him to get racked. The look on his face was priceless. He was totally surprised! Jeremy and i were on the ground we were laughing so hard!

My Titus

This is Titus aka T. He is so cute and I have to say I think he is pretty smart too! He can sing most of the ABC's song with little help. He loves little yellow diggers (the tractors on construction sites that scoop up stuff). He likes these because his memaw bought him a pop up book named "Little Yellow Digger". Titus always points out trucks on the road while we are driving; he constantly has an eye out for a little yellow digger (kind of like me looking for an ice cream shop, i can spot them a mile away!)
Titus is such a nice boy too. One thing he does is say "HI" to just about everybody he passes. At the gym when we are coming or going there is usually always someone else coming or going too. Well someone ends up usually holding the door for us because T can't open it yet, and i have my hands full holding Mac in his carseat. So anyways Titus always says thank you to the person who holds the door for us! Today at Target he said "HI" to probably 5 people. They all said "HI" back. It made each one of those people smile.
Titus I love how you are not shy! Your personality is wonderful. You make me, your dad and Mac smile all the time. "Thank You!"

My Mac

Mac is absolutely so much fun! I think he's adorable and so MMMM... I just want to kiss his little face all day long. This is one of the best stages of a baby. Mac is getting used to the world, he knows his schedule and just seems to be enjoying life. He smiles everytime someone comes into the room. He loves getting the attention, which is making his big brother a little jealous. But Titus is a W-O-N-D-E-R-F-U-L big brother, seriously! T is really starting to have fun with Mac. His favorite things to do with Mac is give him bear hugs, slobbery kisses, and jump over him (he does it with his hands on the ground, and jumps over him with his knees.) It's not quite as scary as it sounds.

Mac is wonderful, and I'm loving being his mom!!

Okay... so it's been a while....
To blog that is.
My friend lorren wrote a blog and it reminded me that i did too a long time ago so i thought i would blog again tonight! (her's are good though)
Life is good first of all (well most of the time!) A ton has changed in my life this past year. The year has flown by. I can't believe it is already September. Tonight Fall was in the air. I love the summer so i'm a little sad, but then again Autumn time means Christmas is around the corner. I Love Christmas. It's no longer because I'm excited about the gifts, but because I miss my family throughout the year. My brothers & sister (and their kiddos), my parents, I miss them all right now! I can't wait to see them again. One day we might live in the same town and that would be a blast.
This blog had no rhyme or reason, i was just sharing my thoughts.
I also am trying to enjoy each minute of life. A wonderful point in the message this weekend at church was that it is a blessing to have needs. It gave me a different perspective on my needs. It was a good message, like it always is at our church.
