Today was a Thursday pretty much like any other Thursday. I went to work at the church to do child care, we had lots of little babies, mine being one of them. I was just saying this morning to my friend whos baby was clapping that Titus hasn't clapped his hands yet. Guess who started clapping his hands today? He clapped quite a few times through out the day. He was doing it like he had been doing it for years:) He's funny... it was like he heard me say that comment this morning and just wanted to show me up! He also pushed off and stood all by himself today too for the first time. He is just getting big! He's a lot of fun! Jeremy & I can video tape him and then we just turn around and watch it right after we record him. We really can't get enough of him!
Speaking of the child, he is fussing now and ready for bed!

Winter Camp was a good time had by all! The weekend went pretty well. Jeremy did a great job organizing the 150 people that went. He always does a wonderful job organizing the cabins and all the transportation of cars and trucks up the hill. Only two students went to the hospital, that isn't bad for all the tubing and sledding that went on. It snowed all day on Saturday, and there was already lots of snow up there, it made it a beautiful view. Ken our senior pastor did a good job with the services, i know God used him big time to speak to the students. He really got on their level and gave them practical life applications to help their selfworth and others selfworth.
We are a blessed family to get to serve God by working with jr. high & highschool students. We hope this weekend not only was a good time, but that God changed lives! He is awesome!

Winter Camp with lots of jr. & sr. High students.... Isn't that what most people want to do with their weekend? That is what Jeremy and I get to do this weekend. We leave Friday and come back on Sunday. It will be different this year seeing we are taking titus with us. He can't walk yet so i don't have to worry about getting him snow boots and snow pants, but i hope that he does stay warm and that i don't fall while carrying him. There is probably a foot or two of snow up there and in front of all the buildings it is always ice covered. i went 2 yrs ago and fell atleast 5 times. I didn't go last year because i was pregnant with titus and knew it probably wasn't safe for me to. This year there are about 140 people going. i hope that everyone has a good time and that the students will really connect with God and each other.
I'll blog after camp with how it all went!

January the 20th.... mark it down. I'm becoming a professional blogger! My husband is a wonderful person and husband. He is a great dad to our lovely son.
One example of what a great guy my husband is, he made us a delicious chicago stuffed pizza for dinner tonight. This isn't just an ordinary pizza you just throw into the oven. No, it takes a couple hours to make and flour is all in your hair and in your fingernails (well not that bad, but it is messy). Titus our 9 month old even had it all over him from rolling around on the kitchen floor! He looked cute and dirty! Titus also spilled over the sugar dish that was on the floor. It was on the floor because we needed all of the counter space to roll out the dough. All of this mess was going on while we were trying to get our dinner made and the house picked up because we had company coming over. We invited a couple guys from our church over for dinner. They had never been here before. We all had fun just hanging out talking. They really seemed to like the pizza and the sweet tea. Yup, good ol' sweet tea! You can't find good sweet tea out here in cali. I have to make it myself. My mom taught me well.
Well i will have to give credit to my father-in-law Jim for getting me into this profession of blogging Hee Hee!! He is really good at it. I noticed his times for posting blogs are done at around 5:00 am. How he types and thinks of sentences at that time of the night blows my mind. I don't think you will ever see a posting from me at that time. But Jim has some really good blogs....Way to go Jim!!
